How to Measure Your Foot
Find your perfect fit
BÄR Natural
Natural is suitable for normal to wide feet and provides ample room for the toes. It has a slightly flatter cut in the forefoot area than the Comfort version.
BÄR Comfort
Comfort provides a little more room for normal to wider feet and ensures comfortable freedom of movement.
BÄR Comfort Plus
Offers maximum freedom with greater height and width, without pressure points—perfect if your feet simply need more room without restriction.
A helpful tip from Hilke BÄR
Try on your new shoes in the evening – your feet expand by a few millimeters over the course of the day. Be sure to put on both shoes and walk around a little. Only when standing and moving can you really tell whether the fit is right.
At first glance, BÄR shoes may appear somewhat wider when viewed from above. But remember: no one sees your shoes from this angle. Thanks to our thoughtful, sophisticated design, they look slim, stylish, and elegant from the front and side – exactly as others see them.
Does my shoe fit?
A shoe from the BÄR manufactory not only looks good—it supports your natural comfort from every angle. Our original BÄR shoes are designed with a slightly wider toe box, and for good reason: Only this shape provides the uncompromising toe freedom that defines BÄR.
Try on both shoes—your feet are not identical.
Feet are never perfect twins. They often differ by a few millimeters in length and width, which is why it is important to try on both shoes at the same time. Stand up, take a few steps, and pay attention to how your feet feel as you move.
