Your tasks:
Expert product advice on our high-quality range
Maintaining customer data and recording orders
Support with outbound campaigns
Your profile:
Completed commercial training or an equivalent qualification
Experience confidently dealing with customers and enjoying telephone communication
Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
Good computer skills; proficiency in MS Office is an advantage
