Find the right size
How do I determine the right shoe size?
Basically, you shouldn't let your eyes alone decide which shoes to choose. You need to feel maximum comfort while running with your feet.
How do I measure my foot size?Stand on a sheet of paper wearing socks and trace the outlines of both feet with a pencil.
Measure the length of your foot in the drawing from the longest toe to the heel and compare it with the chart on the left. If your feet are different sizes, use the measurements for the larger foot.
How do I convert shoe sizes?
At BÄR, we use international shoe sizes. If you only have a German shoe size, simply find the corresponding international size in the table on the left. If you have an “in-between size” that is not included in the table, simply choose the next larger international size.
