Your task:
Responsibility: Our sales and customer experience goals, including KPI management and optimization
Excellent store management: Inventory management, checkout, product presentation
Your team: You assemble a committed team and motivate your employees
Be the BÄR sales specialist: Competent and personal advice for satisfied customers
Keep an eye on the figures: You ensure sales targets are achieved and optimize sales performance
Communication and organizational talent: You coordinate the correct implementation of the entire store concept in close cooperation with the responsible team at headquarters
Your profile:
You bring a high level of personal commitment and entrepreneurial thinking
You enjoy sales and interacting with people
You always act with a customer- and service-oriented approach
You have a confident, professional demeanor, team spirit, and a high degree of flexibility
