  • Your task:

    • Responsibility: Our sales and customer experience targets, including KPI management and optimization
    • Excellent store management: Inventory management, checkout, product presentation
    • Your team: You assemble a dedicated team and motivate your employees
    • Be the BÄR sales specialist: Competent, personal advice for satisfied customers
    • Keeping an eye on the figures: You ensure sales target achievement and optimize sales performance
    • Communication and organizational talent: You coordinate the correct implementation of the entire store concept in close collaboration with the responsible team at headquarters

    • You bring a high level of personal commitment and entrepreneurial thinking
    • You enjoy sales and interacting with people
    • You always act with a customer- and service-oriented approach
