1. Cleaning suede
Suede (also known as nubuck or suede leather) refers to all velour-like leathers with a velvety, textured, or roughened surface. As a result, they are more susceptible to soiling than smooth leather, but can still be kept looking beautiful and well cared for without difficulty.

Do not let the shoes dry; instead, clean them immediately under lukewarm water using the mentioned brush. To prevent water marks, moisten the entire shoe. Please remove the laces before cleaning and clean them as well.

For stubborn stains, use a special cleaning eraser, such as our Cleaner.

For grease stains, we have another household tip for you: first dab the stain with a paper towel (do not rub!), then spray the stain with dry shampoo , let it work, and finally gently brush it out with a suede brush.
As with every shoe, this applies particularly to open-pored suede: Regular cleaning and care are worthwhile! This is especially true because neglect can cause the fine leather fibers on the surface to become unsightly and matted, creating smooth areas. By repeatedly roughening the fibers with a soft suede brush or cleaning eraser, you can easily prevent this and preserve the elegant, velvety appearance.2. Caring for suede
After removing dirt from your suede shoes by brushing or using water, you should only apply care products once the shoes are dry and ideally fitted with a wooden shoe tree .

After cleaning, apply our Nubuck + Textile. This protects the quality of the leather and provides a solid basic protection for the color and appearance. Give the spray some time to develop its effect in the surface fibers.
